Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Jordy Almgren is the executive vice president of Hitachi Consulting’s sales and alliances organization where he is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s go-to-market strategies and day-to-day revenue generating operations across all regions. With a results-driven focus, he helps customers accelerate the adoption of consulting-led solutions to achieve real business value at every touchpoint of their digital transformation journey.
Jordy has more than 25 years of experience as a sales and technology leader, most recently leading the Americas Region for Hitachi Consulting. Before joining Hitachi, Jordy spent 15 years at Microsoft, where he was instrumental in the strategy and execution of the Microsoft journey around digital transformation. Throughout his career with Microsoft, he also led the Modern Workplace business in the Americas, the Worldwide Communications team, was the Managing Director for Microsoft New Zealand’s Enterprise Business, and was the APAC head of business and sales operations in Singapore. Prior to working at Microsoft, he held various sales leadership roles in both product sales and consulting and has strong industry insights in healthcare, manufacturing and retail/hospitality.
Jordy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University. He is known as a senior cloud and organizational change leader who is sought out frequently for speaking engagements, mentorships and thought leadership.
