Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Organizational Strategy and Design (OS&D)

Within OS&D, activities fall into one of the four associated activities: Organizational Strategy & Intent, Organizational Design, Fact-Based Development & Analysis or Implementation.

Strategies, processes and activities designed to enhance a company's management of their knowledge capital consisting of Knowledge Management, Human Capital Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Change Management. Integrating these enhanced disciplines into corporate culture would enable companies to achieve a competitive advantage in the midst of a multi-generational workforce.
