A place where you can be yourself.

Joining Hitachi Consulting was the best decision I made after graduation. Throughout the recruiting process, I was interested in many different companies and industries, but none of them could offer me more than Hitachi Consulting.

The people at Hitachi Consulting were the exact fit I was looking for during the recruiting process. They enjoyed one another and they actively encouraged their peers to strive for excellence. That naturally affected the level of both their work satisfaction and the level of work delivered to clients. In addition, they truly made me feel part of the team well before my start date.

Hitachi Consulting offered me the opportunity to thrive in an ever-changing work environment with constant challenges and opportunities to grow. Since starting as a consultant I have been amazed at the level of trust they have in me and their dedication to seeing me succeed.

I joined Hitachi Consulting at graduation because I was impressed with the vast amount of knowledge in the consultancy and the people. The firm was honest in their portrayal of both the work they complete and where I fit into that work. I was convinced this was an environment in which I could thrive.

In addition, the testimonies of existing Hitachi consultants that I spoke to during the recruiting process all proved to me that working with Hitachi Consulting would be both stimulating and challenging. However, the deciding factor for me was the importance of a work-life balance stressed during my interviews by the Vice Presidents.

I interviewed with many consulting firms during the recruitment process and I chose Hitachi Consulting because it was the only firm that expressed sincere interest in me and my role in the firm. I didn't feel like a number.

Everyone I have met at Hitachi Consulting so far is realistic, down-to-earth and very caring. I have received great advice from managers and everyone is very helpful when it comes to building both your functional and technical skills.

If you are like me when I graduated, and you're not sure what you want your career to look like, Hitachi Consulting offers a variety of experiences and the opportunity to work in several different roles and industries.

I joined Hitachi Consulting because I felt that it would provide excellent opportunities to grow as a consultant and because it seemed to have a very open environment that facilitates communication between all levels. I think that this is essential to a good working environment. I love the family-friendly atmosphere here and the company culture that enables us to have a full life outside of work.

I applied almost exclusively to consulting companies and I remember that every time I talked to someone, the first thing mentioned was the amount of travel involved in a consulting career. Hitachi Consulting stood out among all those firms because they operate differently. Hitachi Consulting is geographically divided into regions and consultants usually work on projects within that region. This reduces travel time greatly and increases productivity and quality of work.

I also felt that I would not merely be a number at Hitachi Consulting. I'd be a contributing and significant member of the company as a whole. Consultants here get more exposure to leadership and work first-hand on a variety of projects. Hitachi Consulting also has a great internal training program which is an amazing tool for professional development.

Here at Hitachi Consulting, I'm learning a lot, experiencing a lot, working with amazing team members, expanding my network, developing skills necessary to complete deliverables for projects, contributing to the team, and all-in-all, enjoying every moment.
