Mike Gillis
Senior Vice President, Microsoft Global Alliance
As senior vice president of Hitachi Consulting’s Microsoft Global Alliance, Gillis is responsible for overall client satisfaction, employee development and welfare for all Microsoft global projects. He is also responsible for the development of solutions that leverage Microsoft and manages part of Hitachi Consulting’s Microsoft Gold Certified Partner level alliance relationship with Microsoft.
Gillis joined Hitachi Consulting as part of the 2007 acquisition of Iteration2, another Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, where he was a co-founder, and served as president and CEO. Iteration2 was a well-recognized leader in Microsoft Dynamics and earned acclaim as Microsoft Business Solutions US Partner of the Year in both 2005 and 2006 and as developers of Field Services for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
He has worked with Microsoft and ERP systems for more than 15 years and previously served as vice president of business development for FieldCentrix, a well recognized leader in Field Service automation software and mobile computing, where he managed sales, marketing, and professional services.
Gillis currently serves on several Microsoft Partner advisory councils, including the Microsoft Dynamics US Partner Advisory Council, the Microsoft Convergence Partner Advisory Council, and the Microsoft ISV Partner Advisory Council.
His other entrepreneurial and start-up interests include restaurants, land development, and private schools.
