Justin Winter
Senior Vice President, Industrial Products and High-Tech Industries
Justin Winter is senior vice president of the Hitachi Consulting Industrial Products and High-Tech Industry Practices. He previously ran the Southwest Market where he was responsible for all market activities and personnel, including business development, strategic account development, and managing the delivery team in North, Central and West Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Since joining Hitachi Consulting in August, 2004, Winter has helped lead the expansion of business in the Southwest, including establishing valuable relationships with the Southwest region’s largest clients. In his previous role with Hitachi Consulting, he focused on organizing business development activity at the area’s largest companies.
Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, Winter worked for Oracle, IBM and consulting firms in Houston. In his last role at Oracle, he led their Technology Services Practice in the South Central United States and was a member of Oracle Consulting’s Executive Leadership Committee.
Winter, originally from Lincolnshire, England, has a bachelor of science degree from Texas State University.
