John has over 20 years’ experience helping clients achieve success in systems integration, business process improvement and business transformation initiatives, with extensive expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Finance & Accounting, and software development. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, John was a Managing Director at BearingPoint, where he managed large programs in the Federal Civilian and Telecommunications sectors, and he was a Partner and technology integration practice leader for 16 years at Arthur Andersen and Accenture. John graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis. |
