Denise Revello
Vice President, Human Resources
Denise Revello is the VP of Human Resources for Hitachi Consulting. In her role, she is responsible for all of Hitachi Consulting’s “people” functions including human resources, training & development, recruiting, benefits, compensation and culture, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Denise has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, as well as corporate strategy and organizational change management. She is a senior level executive with more than 25 years of HR experience and a demonstrated track record in leading the people side of large global organizations as well as leading the development and execution of strategic human resource plans.
Her background includes executive HR positions at Computer Science Corporation (CSC) in their commercial technology outsourcing organization; The Pacesetter Group; Petasus, LLC; and CNA Insurance Companies. In these roles she focused on organizational change, effectiveness and integration, strategic planning, succession planning, and career development.
She holds a Masters of Arts in organizational behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and management from Pace University in New York City.
