Carr Krueger

Executive Vice President, Human Capital and U.S. Geographies

Carr Kruger is the Executive Vice President for Human Capital and U.S. Geographies. Most Recently Carr oversaw GRM and Cross-Industry Solutions as well as the U.S. Consulting Pool. Previous to that assignment, Carr was in charge of the Pacific Northwest market. As the PNW market leader, he was responsible for all personnel, strategy, client activity and financial performance in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and British Columbia with physical offices in Seattle and Portland.
Carr has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience within the health care, retail, real estate, financial services and telecommunications industries. He has led many projects throughout the U.S. helping clients form business strategies and plans to improve business performance.
Carr spent 18 years with Andersen Business consulting before they were acquired by Hitachi Consulting. At that time, he was a partner in the firm.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and a master’s degree in accounting with an information systems emphasis from Brigham Young University.
