Field Services Support
Support for Hitachi Consulting Field Services software ensures quick resolution to end-user issues and questions, as well as provide on-going assistance to help improve your business results and benefits. We provide a wide range of support options to suit your company's requirements.
In addition to toll-free telephone and on-line Help-Desk support, our Field Services Support also includes product upgrades, maintenance releases, product enhancements, and optional standby support services when customers go "live", upgrade their solution or extend the scope of their solution.

Training
Training courses for our Field Services software ensure your employees receive complete user-level ICS application training with hands-on lab work. These courses address the core application as well as industry-specific functionality. Custom classes, which can be tailored to your company's unique requirements, are also available.
In addition to user-level training, we offer advanced training for administrators and developer-level training in smaller group settings.
