Field Services for Manufacturing


Our Field Services software helps industrial equipment manufacturing companies improve the efficiency of their operations by tracking specific details from warranties and parts right down to the location of specific equipment. Manufacturers can control their processes and improve project management.

The manufacturing template provides:

  • Repair scheduling. Industrial equipment manufacturers often bring large pieces of equipment to a depot for repair, rather than repair the equipment out in the field. Our application has the ability to schedule the repair at the depot location, as well as track the equipment at each stage in the process.
  • Warranty management. With large pieces of equipment, several parts may be under separate warranties. The solution supports warranty management and OEM billing for each part.
  • Install base tracking. Manage information on all the components of a piece of equipment so that customers can keep track of sold and installed equipment down to the smallest part on the bill of materials.
  • Spare parts tracking. Because large pieces of equipment have many parts, repair may only involve one of those parts. Track serial numbers of individual parts, making it easy to track sales, exchange, refurbishment, and scrapping of parts.
