Field Services for High Tech


Our Field Services software provides features to support the demanding call center requirements and service level management needs of the high tech industry:

  • Incident and problem management. To improve efficiency, you can set up tasks for resolving hardware or software dysfunctions. Each task can specify the preferred skill level of the support technician for incidents and problems. Standardizing processes with tasks and templates helps improve overall efficiency.
  • Call management. Your organization can manage change requests and bug fixes through the call center and track call history and service request history.
  • Contracts and warranty management. High tech firms can manage different types of contracts with detailed customer specifications, including assets for which service requests can be submitted, types of intervention covered (telephone, on site), and invoicing information.
