The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is a premier professional society for aerospace engineers and scientists addressing public policy, technical excellence, innovation, and publication. Since 1963, virtually every milestone in American flight has been achieved by an AIAA member.

Hitachi Consulting regularly collaborates with AIAA to provide its members insight around current issues impacting the aerospace industry. We sponsor the annual Workforce Survey - a collaborative effort between Aviation Week, AIAA, AIA, and NDIA that monitors the industry's overall health based upon its ability to recruit and retain a strategic workforce -- and provide insight, recommendations and direction to industry leaders based upon the survey's results and our industry expertise.
